As the Director of Inside Sales , you will hire, develop, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed targets. These professionals make up our inbound and outbound call center team (Business Development Representatives - BDRs) and serve as the first point of contact for our brand .

Lead the Sales Team
Identify, create, and lead through KPIs.

Lead weekly 1 : 1s with Business Development Representatives, focusing on :
KPI & Scorecard reviews
Sales performance strategy & development
Sales coaching : Provide scripts, dialogues, and identify coaching opportunities.
Lead with a live coaching style of development, including role-playing and scripting .
Motivate the team and create an amazing sales culture that fosters accountability, high performance, and professional growth.
Ensure each team member meets or exceeds activity and quota expectations .
Track and monitor inbound lead efficiency per rep .
Conduct daily and hourly check-ins with reps.
Ensure quality assurance by auditing all leads and reviewing qualitative performance metrics.
Obsessed with providing a world-class experience to clients and leads.
Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to key performance standards.
Lead daily standup meetings with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure sales accountability on key metrics.
Business Development Strategy & Execution
Participate in weekly Sales Leadership meetings and collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Teams.
Track and report on team performance , including outbound efforts and conversion rates.
Note : This role is not part of marketing. The focus is on coaching, optimizing, and driving performance within the sales team.
Hiring & Training of Business Development Representatives
Identify and hire top-tier sales talent to build a world-class Business Development team.
Lead onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring a successful ramp-up period.
Conduct daily training, coaching, and role-playing sessions to reinforce best practices.
Facilitate script training and objection-handling workshops to sharpen sales skills.
Develop a structured training schedule with defined focus areas.
Identify and mentor A-Players , developing future leaders within the sales organization.
Requirements & Competencies
Proven experience leading sales teams in a call center environment.
Background in Salesforce CRM and call center technology.

Salary : From $75,000 per year with an OTE of $100,000 including performance-based bonuses.
