Work side by side in a sweet corner office in Portland, Oregon, yes, it's in person with flexibility to work from home after 1 year. My goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations and create raving fans to generate referrals for years to come. I am looking for an Office Manager to manage multiple transactions, plan client events, create client care campaigns, rock social media, assist with staging homes, vacuum the occasional house, and overall have fun. You won't be stuck behind a desk all the time! Every day is different.

- Handle many tasks at once, meet deadlines and last-minute pivots in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence to jump in to help or take on tasks as needed
- Extreme attention to detail
Duties:
Transaction Management:
- Manage all aspects of the transaction from start to finish following transaction processes and checklists
- Schedule and track inspections, repair requests, and reports
- Drive to meet contractors at homes
- Read, understand and manage all provisions and contractual obligations
- Regular check-in with agents, lenders, escrow and to ensure all files are tracking to closing on time
- Be able to manage up to 10 transactions at a time
Client Services:
- Weekly check-in with clients to ensure all needs are met
- Prepare consistent feedback to sellers regarding showings and marketing activities
- Very occasionally show properties
Other Responsibilities:
- Event coordination for multiple annual client appreciation events
- Oversee production and delivery of marketing pieces
- Attend stagings, move heavy furniture, and clean homes as needed
- Always seeking ways to improve processes, client services, and increase business
- Manage social media

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift , Monday to Friday, typically 8-5
