Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions from contract to close. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding service to both agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Oversee compliance with state and brokerage requirements, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and filed.
- Coordinate with agents, escrow officers, lenders, and clients to facilitate a seamless closing process.
- Maintain and update transaction management systems with accurate and current information.
- Monitor contingency deadlines, scheduling inspections and appraisals as needed.
- Prepare, review, and organize transaction-related documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the transaction.
- Assist with post-closing tasks, including ensuring files are properly archived and necessary follow-ups are completed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and information they need to succeed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of experience in real estate transactions, escrow, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, compliance, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in transaction management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with agents and team members.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.
- Real estate license preferred but not required.
