Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Director of Operations to oversee our operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our daily well operations, enhancing well performance, executing financial projections, and implementing cutting-edge operational CRM technology. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the oil and gas sector and the ability to lead our operations toward achieving enhanced productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and remediation of oil and gas wells across all operational sites.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase well performance and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct detailed performance and financial analysis, including running proforma and financial projections.
- Implement and manage operational CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage operations teams to ensure they are high-performing and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals, plan budgets, and forecast operational needs.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations management role.
- Extensive knowledge of oil and gas production operations, well remediation, and regulatory compliance in Texas and Oklahoma.
- Proven experience in financial modeling and operational performance analysis.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams and projects.
- Proficient in the use of operational CRM software tailored to the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
