Vice President, Property Tax (Finance)
Our Property Tax Compliance and Advisory Vice President will manage a team of personal property analysts who are responsible for the preparation and filing of personal property returns, reviewing assessment notices, processing tax bills, and interfacing with assessment officials to discuss property tax valuations.
This position will be hybrid.
Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Managing property tax compliance - asset preparation, return preparation and review, tax bill procuring and processing, and management reporting
- Review of Assessor workpapers, models, and valuation inputs
- Development of industry valuation analytics
- Development and presentation of client valuation positions
- Meet with Assessors and present before Boards of Review in efforts to reach fair and equitable property tax valuations on behalf of clients
- Drive business development activities, both individually and as part of a team
