Welling Young, LLC has partnered with a rapidly growing Multi-line Third Party Administration (TPA). This client is seeking a Vice President of Property Claims . Under general direction from the Company, this position will, be responsible for the quality, accuracy, and performance of serious and complex commercial property claims; provide direction and technical guidance through a continuous process of management involvement; and will select, lead, mentor, manage the performance and development of other Company employees.
Responsibilities :
- Ensures that high quality Claim Summary Reports are being effectively completed and managed by Claim Leadership team to promote customer service excellence
- Ensures understanding and administration of claim policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company and policy standards
- Directly responsible for implementing a people strategy that supports training and skills improvement initiatives that achieve increased bench strength and improved career pathing
- Provides leadership that encourages and supports a professional environment and promotes a business culture that leverages attainment of desired business results
- Focus on resolution and process improvement, fulfilling all obligations while maximizing cost effectiveness, helping the Company understand drivers, trends and helping our partners attract and retain business
