Your Role
As the Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Team Lead & Manager, you will guide the Operational Key Account Team to deliver operational excellence, maximize customer satisfaction, and foster collaboration across functional and business units. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving team development, process improvements, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Operational Key Account Team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Monitor and enhance team performance through defined metrics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support customer-facing activities, including KPI reviews, QBRs, and implementation of best practices.
- Develop and adjust comprehensive training plans to meet team and customer requirements.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Cultivate strong coordination with the Operational Key Account Specialists, Sales, and other business units to maintain consistency and alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, creating a sustainable and efficient organizational structure.
- Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication of goals and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Regularly review team trends, achievements, and challenges to formulate actionable strategies.
- Support the team in addressing operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
