- Support customer-facing activities, including KPI reviews, QBRs, and implementation of best practices.
- Develop and adjust comprehensive training plans to meet team and customer requirements.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Cultivate strong coordination with the Operational Key Account Specialists, Sales, and other business units to maintain consistency and alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, creating a sustainable and efficient organizational structure.
- Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication of goals and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Regularly review team trends, achievements, and challenges to formulate actionable strategies.
- Support the team in addressing operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
