Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Assist in hiring, training, and interviewing new employees to build a strong team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or hospitality roles is preferred.
