Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources
Kuros Biosciences is seeking an exceptional global leader to join our Human Resources team. The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Human Resources will lead the strategic direction of the organization's global HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, engagement, and retention strategies on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the SVP of Global HR will play a key leadership role in aligning HR practices with business objectives, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent to meet current and future business needs. This role will be located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute the global HR strategy to support the company's vision, mission, and business objectives across all entities : US, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
- Oversee HR operations in multiple regions, ensuring the company's global HR practices align with local legal requirements, standards, and cultural norms while maintaining global consistency.
- Develop and implement risk management practices for HR policies and practices, minimizing legal and financial exposure.
- Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Lead the development of a global compensation and benefits strategy that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide HR data for audit and regulation requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
- Drive the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the recruitment of top talent across global markets.
- Create and launch employee engagement strategies that reflect the global culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to draft and implement the staffing budget and the budget for the HR department.
- Plan and deliver organization-wide initiatives, including engagement and culture surveys, annual HR processes such as merit, bonus, and performance planning, and other process / compliance initiatives.
- Oversee the organizational development team to ensure continuous learning, career development, and leadership pipeline management.
- Manage employee relations issues in collaboration with appropriate resources, including legal, compensation, and benefits.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce at all levels of the organization.
- Lead the integration of HR technology platforms to enhance HR operations, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency.
- Use HR analytics to assess workforce trends, performance metrics, and employee engagement, providing actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead and develop the global HR team to meet strategic business and development goals.
- Identify and report relevant data and trends to Executive Leadership to inform decisions related to people initiatives and overall impact.
