Overview Of Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Intern will execute purchases for defined products from KJLC qualified suppliers to support our Process Equipment Division. This position will work alongside multiple departments including engineering, assembly, logistics and accounting. Internships at KJLC present the opportunity to be part of an intern cohort and network with colleagues across the globe!
This is a paid internship that will run from mid-May to mid August 2025. The internship is fully onsite.

Key Job Elements
- Analyze historical and current trends to make recommendations for production demands and optimize stocking levels.
- Develop reports to present metrics that may be needed daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Analyze material data in order to drive consolidation of spend by commodities / suppliers to provide KJLC with the leverage of volume.
- Assist in creating and issuing purchase orders to satisfy production and stocking requirements.
- Create and issue debit memos to return products for credit, repair, and/or replacement.
- Assist in system data clean up initiatives within company ERP system.
- Pursing Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
