Compensation:$86,300 - $172,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential leads proactively to drive sales growth
- Consult with clients looking to buy or sell properties to understand their specific needs and preferences in order to successfully close deals
- Prioritize providing top-notch service and expert advice to clients to foster strong relationships and encourage repeat business
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and the neighborhood
- Prepare detailed purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process
- Must be able to work effectively on their own while also possessing excellent interpersonal skills
- Should have strong abilities in sales, negotiation, and communication
- Must present themselves as pleasant and trustworthy
- Needs to be familiar with MS Office/Google applications
- Must either hold a real estate agent license or be highly motivated to acquire one
