Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations that best fit the KWPMC management profile

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.

Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.

Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions.

Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to the executive team.

Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and align with market conditions.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of services.

Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and track sales performance.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
The position will require someone to work in a variety of different environments, such as an office (primarily) and it will require the incumbent to drive to different events and properties.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt, position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the association management, property management, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong understanding of the association management business model and client needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue and market share in a B2B environment.
- Experience working within or selling to the association management, property management, or hospitality industries.
- Hands-on experience in client retention strategies and consultative selling.
- History of managing large accounts and high-value contracts.
