What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Office Receptionist position at Kwan Endodontics?
Kwan Endodontics is seeking a friendly, efficient, and dependable dental professional to join our team as a dental receptionist.
This is a full time position working 4-5 days per week Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00.
Compensation package includes:

At least one year of dental receptionist experience is required. Front office receptionist duties include but are not limited to: Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, generating and presenting treatment plans, making follow up phone calls to patients/insurance companies/referring offices, scheduling/confirming appointments, posting charges and payments accurately, setting up new patient accounts, and collecting patients’ payments at time of service.
At Kwan Endodontics we seek to provide a stable long term position for our team members. Despite not seeing any patients for two months during Spring 2020 due to the coronavirus shut down, we elected to provide all staff members with their full pay as if they were working their normal schedule. No one was furloughed and forced to claim unemployment, and no one lost their health insurance. This position is also available as a dental receptionist and assistant hybrid position.
