Job Overview
We are looking for a front dental coordinator to start work ASAP in The Mill Creek Dentist, in Mill Creek. Our hours are M-TH, 8am-5pm, full time, with the chance of more hours opening in the future.

Our number one requirement is that are looking for someone good with patients. Other responsibilities include patient and insurance coordination, scheduling, billing, treatment planning and more. Ideally we are looking for someone with prior experience, but we are open to training on the job. We use Dentrix.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems with Dentrix.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with medical administrative support, including filing and managing patient documentation.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with both patients and dental staff.
- Support billing processes by ensuring accurate information is recorded for medical billing purposes.
Experience:
We prefer prior experience as front office coordinator with Dentrix software.
Skills
- Proficiency in dental software system: Dentrix.
- Good with patients
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience in medical administrative support, including insurance verification.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the practice.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
