Job Title: Kwik Fill Food Team Member

Job Summary: We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Kwik Fill Food Team as Food Team Members. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, taking orders accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system correctly, and process payments efficiently.
• Handle food preparation and cooking activities safely, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions regularly to update knowledge on menu items, nutritional information, and allergens, as well as learn about new products and promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in food service or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.
• Continuous learning mindset, with a desire to develop new skills and stay current with industry trends.
