Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Actively prospect for new clients through calls, emails, and referrals.
- Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to evaluate their insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about the various insurance products offered by Farmers and develop a strong understanding of how they meet clients needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they feel confident in their coverage.
- Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous training to develop your sales skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of insurance regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to achieve sales targets, share insights, and help drive agency growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma: Or Equivalent
- Ability to Obtain Property and Casualty License: Must be willing and able to obtain your Property and Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable with Technology: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and basic office tools.
- Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: A proactive, optimistic approach to both sales and client interactions.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle a variety of responsibilities.
