Marketing Manager Role
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on role accountable for developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy to generate leads and increase market awareness for our innovative actuation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and support growth objectives, including SEO, Paid Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement website strategies, including updates, new content, videos, blogs, whitepapers, and other materials.
- Prepare monthly reports on key metrics impacting lead generation, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- In conjunction with the sales team, manage CRM for email campaigns, vertical marketing, and targeted communications, including messaging, copy development, graphics, results measurement, and content creation.
- Collaborate with sales channel partners to leverage marketing activity and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and develop highly targeted messaging for prospective target customers, identifying key contacts and decision-makers.
- Create content for marketing communications, including copy, videos, and still images.
- Manage the marketing calendar.
Requirements:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, effectively managing multiple priorities through self-contributions and teamwork.
- Makes fact-based decisions using data analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Achieves results by working with outside contractors as needed.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing position in a B2B environment involving marketing of technical products.
- Track record of achieving measurable marketing results.
- Extensive experience with all aspects of digital marketing, including current and emerging approaches, email marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, website design, photo editing, and more.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite, SEM Rush, GA4, AdWords, Constant Contact, Slack Social, Canva, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
