· Typical task breakdown and rhythm – Processing dealership claims that need assistance – this is an escalation team, all internal
· Interaction level with team – Typically work on own, but team is there for support.

Candidate Requirements
· Degrees or certifications required – Bachelor’s Degree – ANY
· Years of experience required - 2 years of experience minimum
· Technologies/depth of technologies required – Operations and Claims, Claims Processor Exp
Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects
· Business group – Claims and Processing
· Surrounding team & key projects –Supporting any escalation calls that have not been resolved through first internal team, minimal contact with dealers directly
· Purpose of this team – To Resolve any and all claims that come through from first internal team
· Motivators for this need (i.e.-special projects/general workload support/etc.) -Resolutions and Customer Service
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.80 - $25.00 per hour
