What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Specialist / Transportation Specialist position at Kyyba Inc?
Day to day: This role maintains a reliable and cost-efficient fleet of vehicles to support the Company Car program. Responsible for scheduling the delivery and return of internal associates company cars. Each Fleet Specialist manages approximately 500-600 cars. It’s a simple process but you must be very organized. There is a lot of daily work and scheduling pick up and drop offs. This person will run their own reports (internal system where they query) and manage how much mileage are on their assigned associate’s cars. This positions goal is to ensure internal associates turn in their vehicle before they hit a certain mileage. There are currently 8 Fleet Specialist on the team, this person would be number 9.
MVR required
Must have: Must be a team player and be highly organized
7am-3:40pm – (12pm-1pm)
III. Position Competencies: A) Education: Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent of 4 years of related professional experience. B) Experience: 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service. 1 years of experience in retail, operations or transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.60 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
