Position Details:
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Waterloo, IA
Duration: 3 years
Shift Details:
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Must be open to working off-shift if needed
- Will work 1-2 hours of overtime per day
- Occasional Saturdays based on workload/scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, coordination, and scheduling for hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks
- Ensure objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met
- Lead and build effective teams, with a focus on unionized environments
Qualifications:
Required:
- AA degree in any field or 4 years of equivalent experience
- 2 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and people skills
Preferred:
- 4-year degree in any field
- Previous experience leading teams, preferably in a unionized environment
Location:
- Candidates should be located in the Midwest
- Must be comfortable working in a factory environment

- Comfortable with factory work and leading hourly employees
Additional Information:
- Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams
- Position will start onsite on the first day

- Safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection are required for the first day
- Possible personal vehicle travel to other Waterloo locations for meetings
- May drive a Client-owned Gator on the shop floor after completing safety training

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
