Job Title: Production/Manufacturing Supervisor
Location: Waterloo, IA - 50703
Shift Details:
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Must be open to working off-shift if needed
- Will work 1-2 hours of overtime per day
- Occasional Saturdays based on workload/scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coordination, and scheduling for hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks Ensure objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met Lead and build effective teams, with a focus on unionized environments
Qualifications:
Required:
- AA degree in any field or 4 years of equivalent experience
- 2 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and people skills
Preferred:
- 4-year degree in any field
- Previous experience leading teams, preferably in a unionized environment
Location:
- Candidates should be located in the Midwest
- Must be comfortable working in a factory environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
