Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant or similar culinary environment.
  • Solid understanding of French cuisine
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional dishes.
  • Knowledge of proper food handling and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the restaurant's schedule.
