JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the role is keep an accurate reconciliation of stock between both the WMS (SCALE) and ERP (SAP) systems for the entire Distribution Center in order to minimize fiscal loss. This includes the management of returns flows. The Inventory Control team must keep an accurate inventory and organized warehouse by physically moving and adjusting stock concurrently. The Inventory Control team must also oversee all damaged items flows from all departments in order to manage the process of sorting products for Outlets and Waste. Other responsibilities include the system configuration and organization of the warehouse picking locations. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction, while adhering to all company and department policies, procedures and processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management
- Accurate reconciliation between all systems
- Organized and timely flow of returns management
- Organized flow of department damages and waste management
- System configuration, location organization, and master data
- Ensure all skus are configured in SCALE
- Double check system palletizations for local items
- Assign picking locations, move item locations, and relocate stock for campaign checks, in transit checks, new sku setup, and picking optimization
- System Reporting
- Run the following reports monthly or as needed for both the B&M and Ecommerce warehouses
- Expiration
- Stock Adjustments
- Waste/obsolescence
- In-transit
- Stock reconciliation
- Run the following reports monthly or as needed for both the B&M and Ecommerce warehouses
- Bi-annual cycle counts
- Entire Distribution Center must be cycle counted twice per year
- Ensure Operations Team is trained to assist
- Analyze discrepancies and create reconciliation file
- Send to business partners once completed
- Answer auditors (PWC) upon request
- Quality Control
- Maintain entries created by Retail Supply and Ecommerce Customer Service
- Submit SharePoint form to Central Quality Team when applicable
- Follow OTC release processes
- Team management
- Oversee three (3) coordinators
- Ensure coordinators are cross trained to cover all job functions
- All other duties or projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE
5 years in a similar role
SKILLS
- Able to work with others for a common goal
- Able to work independently and follow detailed directions
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Able to use email system to communicate both internally and externally
- Microsoft Office Suite – advanced level
- Applications (WMS, OMS, ERP, SharePoint) knowledge – advanced level
PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Availability must be 6:00am-6:00pm
- Weekend hours can be added at discretion of Management
- Ability to lift and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs
- L’Occitane Distribution Center Management could request 24 hours in advance an early start or late closing based on workload
- Able to sit in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
- Able to work in a fast pace and under time pressure environment
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
