Office Manager / HR Manager Responsibilities As an Office Manager / HR Manager at L7 Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations while managing human resources functions to support a high-performance workplace. Your responsibilities will include : Office Management Responsibilities : Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events. Maintain office security, IT coordination, and facility management. Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to streamline operations. HR Management Responsibilities : Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
