Duties
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
- Develop and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food service and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Utilize Clover POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
