Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable way
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old (or local legal age to serve alcohol)
- TABC Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
