What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at La Quinta Inn & Suites Deming, NM?

- WALK-IN INTERVIEWS ON TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY 10 AM -2PM.
As a La Quinta Inn & Suites Desk Agent, you are the first impression of our hotel staff and are instrumental in every guest's experience at our hotel.
Applications are available at the desk to fill out. Please come in-person and fill it out so we can go over them and have a chance to hire even on the spot. Thanks
20 hours a week ( 3 shifts a week).
Please mention on application which shift are you applying for or you are flexible with either shifts.
Shifts are as follows: 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM. Flexibility is required and appreciated.

What you will be doing:
- Check-ins, check-outs, reservations, answer telephones, Breakfast set-up/attending, task cleaning, handling payments, Night Audit etc.
- Problem Solving is part of this job. Taking care of complaints and resolving them in proper manner.
-As we are part of Wyndham hotels, we use Property Hub/Synexis PMS system.
- Provide information concerning hotel, facilities, and the surrounding area.
- Complete paperwork necessary for front desk operation.
-Perform cleaning tasks assigned by the Manager as per the checklist.
Motel Front Desk/Cashiering experience is desirable.
Spanish/English fluency is a plus.
