Front Desk Receptionist
La Quinta by Wyndham – Everett, WA
Part-Time & Full-Time
La Quinta by Wyndham in Everett is hiring a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for our overnight shift. As the face of our hotel, you’ll ensure a welcoming environment for guests while also helping to keep operations running smoothly during the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Conduct nightly audit and finalize daily reports
- Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries
- Answer phone calls and resolve guest needs promptly
- Ensure a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area throughout the shift
- Provide general overnight support, which may include upkeep of public areas and assistance to other departments when needed
Schedule & Availability
- Night shift (required): Must be available for at least 3 nights per week, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Opportunities for 1–2 morning or afternoon shifts may be available
- Weekend availability required
- Part-Time: 16–31 hours/week
- Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week
- Hotel experience is preferred
