We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort facilities and services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Familiarity with hotel management systems
- Strong guest relations skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a resort setting
