This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Phlebotomy Team Lead. As a key member of our laboratory operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and leading a team of phlebotomists.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and effective specimen collection processes
• Supervise and mentor a team of phlebotomists to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and laboratory efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and specimen collection data
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
