- Assisting staff with tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing files
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the office, including overseeing telephone services, email, and mail
- Managing petty cash, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial policies

- Operating and maintaining office equipment, such as copy machines, fax machines, and computers
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and replenishing supplies
- Preparing agendas and maintaining calendars for senior management
- Greeting clients, answering phones, and replying to client emails
