About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will create compelling content and track and analyze social and digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads. Responsibilities will include:
Social Media & Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Work independently and with business stakeholders to create engaging social and email marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Track, analyze, and report on social and digital campaign performance; utilize data to provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
- Manage and optimize Laborie’s social media channels and requests
- Support the digital team with ongoing website updates and maintenance
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials in digital campaigns
- Manage marketing processes and procedures for consistency and standardization, including regulatory, clinical, and legal compliance
- Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media content creation and strategy, and email campaigns
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Canva, LinkedIn
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and works well independently and on a team
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics
- Experience in regulated life sciences or medical device technology industry is a plus
