Labrecque Autos USA LLC is looking to hire a part time Accounting
Administrative Assistant.
Job duties include (but are not limited) to
- Wholesales bills
- US Titles procedure paperwork on cars
- Data entry
- Importing paperwork
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, managing
- office supplies, and preparing documents. Assist with organizing meetings
- Do bank reconciliation
- Setting up payments
- Create files for purchases and sales
- Keep vehicles inventories up to date
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel required).
- Computer skills
- Office experience
- Clerical experience
- Administrative experience
- Software Sage50
Conditions & Salary
- Salary: $17.25-19,00 per hour in the beginning.
- Job Type: Part Time to start
- Expected hours: 16 hours per week ( 2 days )
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
