With 12 dealerships representing a variety of brands, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving operational excellence.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fixed Operations Director to oversee Parts and Service operations across all 12 LAcarGUY dealerships. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing multi-rooftop operations, preferably in the Southern California or Los Angeles area.ResponsibilitiesThe Fixed Operations Director oversees the efficient operation of the dealership's service and parts departments, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational success. Key responsibilities include : Driving departmental productivity, profitability, and efficiency.Managing costs, client retention, employee relations, sales goals, and service / parts records.Ensuring customer experiences meet or exceed the manufacturer's satisfaction index.Enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative processes and high-quality service.Building strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturers.Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Strategically managing department assets to achieve operational goals.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in a fixed operations management role overseeing a minimum of 10 dealership rooftops, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences.Strong proficiency in service and parts department operations, including financial management and performance metrics.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience with CDK or similar dealership management systems is a plus.Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.Compensation The estimated monthly earnings for this position are $30,000.00 - $40,000.00, with additional earning potential based on performance.Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision PlansShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Holidays & Paid Time Off Paid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Plan Paid Training Hiring Requirements 18 years or older requiredAll potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screenPrivacy Policy
