Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks and staff coordination.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and corporate accounting tasks.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks and other financial software to manage accounts effectively.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in technical accounting functions.
- Collaborate with public accounting firms for audits and compliance checks.
- Provide support in the development of financial strategies based on analysis of financial data.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, payroll, technical accounting, and corporate accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks, as well as other financial software tools.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and public accounting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
