What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at Retail?
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- AP/AR
- Weekly Payroll processing (maintain employee files)
- Bank Reconciliations
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Billing/processing invoices
- Filing and maintaining customer/vendor files
- General administrative duties (answering phones, data entry, etc.) as needed to act as support for floor assistant during peak times/covering time off
- General HR duties/compliance (onboarding employees, correcting weekly sheets/overseeing hours)
- Preparing monthly reports for Accountants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of Quickbooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
