Summary Description:

We are actively looking for a Brand Marketing Associate Manager to drive Lacoste's US brand and create alignment and cohesiveness across all channels. This position will have a strong focus on developing brand equity for Lacoste in support of the top-line brand marketing initiatives including but not limited to Public Relations, Influencer, Talent, Social Media, Activation execution, Media planning and partnerships.


The Brand Marketing Associate Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of nurturing a strong network and brand community in fashion, lifestyle and golf and tennis performance alongside supporting external media, communication and event agencies, executing strategies to strengthen the company’s saliency and desirability.


The ideal candidate needs to have a passion and deep understanding for the Lacoste brand and will be a balanced marketing strategist and executor and able to manage priorities.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • in developing and implementing creative and data driven communication strategies for brands key bets, projects, events, CSR topics and internal messaging in line with brand’s aims and objectives.
  • in collating meaningful post activity results, analytics, and business reporting.
  • Assisting the day to day management of local PR agency to build and maintain a dedicated influencer programming and accurate and relevant press list to cover all areas of the media
  • in building community around fashion, lifestyle and golf and tennis performance securing product placement. Aiding in identifying and naturing directly relationships with key talent, influence, journalists as well as 3rd party; agents, management and stylists.
  • media content creation projects across influencer and press working with global teams to maximize US coverage across social platforms.
  • closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and Omnichannel to align strategies, share insights, and drive consistent initiatives that contribute to the overall business goals and commerciality.
  • Coordinate delivery with local media campaigns, optimizing online and offline budget with local media agency

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years prior brand marketing experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social content strategies.
  • You will have a passion for the fashion industry and previous experience in Retail would be advantageous
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being able to respond and adapt to new opportunities and market trends.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must have excellent presentation skills.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate information effectively and persuasively.
  • Ability to create and manage budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
