The Assistant Laboratory Manager will be responsible for supporting the Lab Manager in ensuring that the laboratory functions efficiently and effectively. This includes reviewing and revising laboratory protocols, certifications, methodologies, and documentation in line with Lactalis Corporate standards.
The position also spearheads projects for continual improvement and represents the lab in cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include administrative operations, test execution, review of results, and positive release of products in SAP.
