Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to lead our Plumbing Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Field Operations and other functional areas to ensure project completion on time and under budget.
- Review project scopes, create Submittal books, and set up job accounts with suppliers.
- Coordinate with the office to ensure preliminary notices, insurance certificates, and job books are completed.
- Review contracts, meet with Accounting and COO, and submit RFIs and change orders to the General Contractor.
- Perform detailed take-offs, generate Purchase Orders, and coordinate with the Superintendent.
- Complete the schedule of values, coordinate close-out documentation, and provide reporting and analysis on projects.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
- 7 years of construction plumbing experience.
- Strong understanding of construction, plumbing, and project management.
- Good computer software skills.
- State Plumbing License.
