Compensation :
Base Commission ($70,000 - $100,000 yearly)
Responsibilities :
A Lake City Auto Care Service Advisor is on a team responsible for the effective operation of the Hayden location. With responsibility for ensuring operations are delivering expected sales volume and customer service results, the Service Advisor is critical to the success of the location. In this role, there is a wide range of responsibilities including :
- Managing the daily customer care operations.
- Meeting sales and profitability objectives through effective management of resources.
- Creating and ensuring an environment of superior customer service.
- Ensuring that policies and standards are reflected in all areas of service center operations, communications, and staffing.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient daily schedule.
