Job Purpose:
- To manage and oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable process for Lake Hickory Country Club, ensuring timely and accurate recording of payments, efficient collection procedures, and excellent member service. This role will also contribute to membership growth through recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record all food and beverage sales transactions.
- Accurately record member accounts receivable payments.
- Generate and distribute invoices to members.
- Implement and maintain efficient collection procedures for outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts receivable records regularly.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members.
- Recruit new members to the club.
- Assist the marketing director with membership drives and promotional activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of member financial information.
- Stay current on industry best practices for accounts receivable management.
