The Opportunity
Lake Leaf Cultivation offers a dynamic and engaging environment where you will have the opportunity to work in on-site cannabis cultivation. Each member of the Harvest Team will need to be resourceful and able to work both independently and collectively with the rest of the team while prioritizing quality and efficiency. You will work to carry out daily plant care activities, maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the production area, and adhere to both State and Mille Lacs Band standards. What You Get to Do
- Harvesters are primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the cannabis plant harvesting in preparation for drying, curing, and trimming.
- Maintain the ability to use Industry Best Practices and clean handling techniques and follow all company SOPs.
- Accurately complete all corresponding paperwork and product tracking sheets.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet each deadline and target goal on a consistent basis.
- Work individually and/or as a team to accurately complete each assigned task.
- Understand and work within the full range of regulatory compliance requirements and/or prohibitions.
- Maintain personal and workspace sanitation including break rooms and other shared spaces.
- Communicate with other staff and leadership team.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Assist department as needed
- Management reserves the right to assign or reassign tasks

What Qualifies You
- General production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption; or any combination of experience/training as it relates to the position
- Cannabis manufacturing/production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis law
- High-level attention to detail and highly organized.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a mandated background check.
- Excellent personal hygiene

- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 75 lbs. for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with current versions.

- Reside within a distance that allows for a regular on-site presence.
- Available to work occasional weekend hours as needed.
