Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the operations of our upcoming Lake Oconee properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, and expertise in using management software, particularly Lodgify, to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards and guest issues are addressed promptly.
- Guest Experience: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, handle guest inquiries and bookings professionally, and ensure exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Revenue Management: Implement pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue, using management software and market analysis.
- Marketing & Reservations: Manage listing platforms, coordinate promotional activities, and develop strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses; manage budgets effectively to meet financial goals.
- Software Utilization: Leverage Lodgify to handle bookings, automate communication, and maintain up-to-date property listings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in short-term rental management or the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Lodgify or similar property management software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact.
- Knowledge of marketing, financial, and housekeeping processes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
