What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Human Resources position at Lake Regional Health System?
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the leadership of all Human Resources functions; department managers from each functional area report directly to this position and all associated FTEs fall under the scope of responsibility. Serves as a strategic partner with the executive team responsible for delivering forward thinking people solutions that will drive strategic success. Works collaboratively with the VP of Human Resources to design, develop and implement HR frameworks to achieve strategic business and people results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the administration of all duties relative to the Human Resources Discipline including but not limited to: benefit administration, recognition programs, budgeting, forecasting, recruiting, compensation, performance management, employee relations and the creation and implementation of formalized training programs.

- Master's degree in human resources, business, hospital administration, or related field, preferred.
- HRCI certification SPHR or SHRM certification SHRM-SCP, preferred
- Working knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to employment. Familiarity with all core HR functions.
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization
- Experience Preferred: Ten years of experience leading two or more HR functions, including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning Development and/or Employee Health.
