- Lead and mentor a team of volunteers to effectively disciple students.
- Partner with parents to support the spiritual development of their students.
- Plan and deliver biblically sound and engaging messages for student gatherings.
- Create opportunities for students to grow in their faith through small groups, mentorship, and service opportunities.
- Equip students to live out their faith and share the gospel in their schools and communities.

- Participate in staff meetings, church-wide events, and leadership development opportunities.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Lead Pastor.
For Bonus Points:

- You speak fluent Gen Z—or at least know when to nod and say, "Bet."
WHO YOU ARE
- Growing in a strong relationship with Jesus Christ and called to student ministry.
- Holding a bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or a related field (preferred).
- Experienced in leading a student ministry or working with youth in a church setting.
