Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanical systems, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting various components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Point to point wiring experience
• Panel wiring experience
• Wire labeling, crimping and routing in a quality proven manner
• Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters for assembly and testing.
• Conduct thorough inspections of PCB assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards.
• Perform machining tasks as required to support assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to surface mount technology (SMT) components.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and assist in the documentation of processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly techniques and product quality.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in PCB assembly techniques and understanding of surface mount technology (SMT).
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Experience using hand tools effectively for assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies, but not necessary
• Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration within teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
