Operations Supervisor Job Description
This role involves serving as a key contact for operational implementation within the Bank. As an Operations Supervisor, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance for Retail and Deposit Operations, oversee retail training initiatives, and ensure adherence to Branch and Back Office operational procedures.
You will perform daily operational tasks, including ACH, Incoming and Outgoing Wires Transfers, Debit Card Disputes, Retail Branch Procedural Assistance, and other assigned tasks. Additionally, you will make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency to advance Bank operations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:

- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of payment methods and banking products
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong decision making, analytical, and investigative abilities
