Banquet Bartender
The Banquet Bartender is a skilled professional responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to specialty drinks, while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to bartending, this role supports banquet operations by assisting with food service, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
THE DUTIES OF A BANQUET BARTENDER WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests’ preferences and event requirements.
- Set up and break down bar stations efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory, including glassware, beverages, and garnishes, throughout the event.
- Collaborate with catering and serving staff to ensure seamless operations and timely service.
- Handle transactions, including credit card payments, with accuracy and responsibility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace at all times.
- Proactively ensure guests’ safety, including monitoring consumption and addressing concerns about overconsumption when necessary.
- Assist with clearing tables, running food, refilling water, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to company safety and security policies to maintain a safe and secure event environment.
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support successful event operations.
