Role Overview:

• As the Operation Manager, you will oversee daily operations across all LHS facilities, ensuring cost -effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, implement strategic initiatives, and optimize operations to meet our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term operational plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
